With Laser Regression Hypnotherapy, the negative self-concepts and beliefs are identified by accessing the subconscious mind through the use of hypnosis. A person's here and now problems serve as a guide to the identification of the negative governing beliefs. When found, the negative beliefs can then be deleted in the healing phase of the process. This gives a person constructive control of his/her emotions and behavior.
